We’re reimagining the traditional offsite for human-centric leaders. Our approach of movement, mindfulness, and conversation is intentionally designed to bring to life a version of your team that is energized, open, and excited to both share and receive.

You’ll start every morning by moving your body.
Morning movement focuses on strengthening the connection between your body and your brain. In the process, you’ll connect with your colleagues in ways that don’t happen back home. Activities can include:

Max Schneider is the Founder of Sand and Salt Escapes. A former consultant with a decade of leadership experience, he understands the high-stress environment of the professional world.
Max’s journey of burnout led him to Costa Rica for an extended period of time, where the idea for Sand and Salt Escapes was born. Max uses his experience in consulting and mindfulness to transform the way high-achieving professionals approach their wellbeing.
