Every offsite is led and facilitated by our founder, Max Schneider. Between his prior career in consulting and his current experience at Sand and Salt Escapes, Max has facilitated over 100 offsites across four continents.

The length of the offsite can be tailored to your preference. Our recommendation is a minimum of three nights and a maximum of six.

We have two locations - Palm Springs, California and Nosara, Costa Rica.

Yes, we’re happy to book and coordinate travel for your team. From commercial airline reservations to chartering planes, catamarans, and private ground transfers, we’ll ensure a seamless and comfortable travel experience.

Each day of the offsite typically consists of a movement class in the morning, a mindfulness class in the afternoon, and intentionally facilitated conversations at select points during the offsite.
Every meal will be prepared by our private chefs. You’ll have onsite coordination of any excursions.
The exact structure of the days will depend on your specific objectives, the location, and the length of the offsite.

For those who do have experience, it’s an opportunity to deepen their practice with world-class instructors.
